We recently partnered with a prominent player in the construction materials sector - a large organisation with a strong regional presence and ambitions to stay ahead in a market increasingly shaped by environmental, social and governance (ESG) expectations.
The client’s Board recognised that ESG was rising fast on the strategic agenda - but there wasn’t a unified view on just how big a deal it was, or what the response should be.
