Why Take the Conflict Smart™ Program?
What
The Conflict Smart™ Program and the Toolkit gives Senior Executives practical tools and actionable knowledge to analyse and understand conflict, how to prepare for and mitigate it, and how to practically conduct HHRDD, including how to assess a context for entry or responsible exit.
Who
This Program is for Executives in companies or investment houses who have exposure to sensitive, high risk, fragile or conflict affected contexts. The Program has been initially tailored to mining, oil and gas, critical minerals and energy sectors, but applies to others. Not all applicants are accepted into the course
How
Learning is conducted online, within an exclusive, small peer cohort. The time commitment is 2 hours live for 4 weeks and 1.5 additional hours reading. Learning is live and scenario based and lecturers are experts with lived experience in conflict contexts. .
Accreditation
Course participants are assessed throughout the course and are required to pass an end of course assessment to ensure learning outcomes. Course graduates receive the 'Conflict Smart™ - Proponent' accreditation and certificate. Further accreditation is available for select graduates.
