1. Conduct a business case to examine your firm's sustainability-related risks and opportunities and estimate the return on investment of a sustainability strategy.
2. Engage with stakeholders to inform a materiality assessment and identify the breadth and scale of your firm's impact.
3. Perform a conflict analysis to understand the dynamics of fragile and conflict affected settings in which your firm operates (or procures goods and services). A conflict sensitivity analysis will also allow you to understand the interaction between your firm's activities and the context.
